Reservation Terms

1. Please make a 50% down payment within 15 minutes through this website. Payment options include credit/debit cards and Gcash. (Please note that failure to pay within the provided time frame may result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation, requiring it to be rebooked.)
2. You will receive a confirmation message via email once payment is successful.
3. Down payments are non-refundable. Kindly make sure that all details are correct before confirming the payment.
4. Present the confirmation message to the reservation staff on the reservation date. For advanced orders, kindly message reservations through branch Facebook page.
5. Reservation times are strictly enforced. We will wait for the client for up to 30 minutes. Afterward, the client loses his reservation, and the deposit is forfeited. We will give the room to the next client on our waiting list.
6. Late-comers still need to use the agreed consumable amount even if they arrive late.
